We are concerned about your comfort during your visit.  Healthy snacks, purified water and organic teas are always available for all patients. The office air is purified daily using a HEPA/Charcoal filter system, and the walls are painted with low VOC paints. Hypoallergenic and sanitized pillows and blankets are available in every room. Each room comes equipped with its own independent sound system, so you can listen to your favorite music while you relax during your treatment. Two flat panel TV's provide HD entertainment for those who wish it. Office temperature is carefully controlled, and natural  and CFL lighting is used wherever possible.

The office is entirely electronic—which includes all medical records—and we strictly comply with federal privacy rules.  All patients are photographed for their electronic medical record to ensure appropriate patient identification in order to protect privacy.  We directly interface electronically with Quest Diagnostics and Scottsdale Medical Imaging so that your results reach us as soon as possible.  Prescriptions and refills are prepared electronically and transmitted to your pharmacy immediately. In most cases, you prescription will begin being filled while you are still in our office and will be waiting for you at the pharmacy when you arrive. We also stock some of the best brands of nutritional supplements in our office so that you do not have to travel to several stores to pick up what you require. We sell custom blended products that are created specifically for Dr. Benjamin which guarantee the ultimate in quality and customer assurance.  We are committed to transparency in all regards, and will do our best to answer your questions openly and without bias. 

Each one of my office staff is trained to the highest level in CPR and other emergency procedures. Intravenous therapies are administered following strict protocols, prepared under my supervision, and infused using a hospital grade infusion pump to ensure a safe and steady a rate. An automatic defibrillator, oxygen, airways and other equipment for resuscitation is also on premises should an emergency occur.
