I recommend the Mediterranean diet for many reasons. First of all, you will never feel deprived or hungry. Secondly, you will get the vitamins and nutrients your body needs without excess salt or preservatives found in packaged food. Lastly, weight loss aside, you will be eating the ONLY diet that has proven to help you live longer and better while allowing you to eat “normal” food at home, in restaurants, and even in airports. You will not "stick out". You will not have to calculate. If all goes well, and it has for many of my patients already, you will lose weight, eat better, be more relaxed AND feel better in your clothes and in your skin.
